Adam Pendleton and David Adjaye Finalists for Boston MLK Memorial

Adam Pendleton and David Adjaye have been selected as finalists for their joint-proposal in collaboration with ​Future\Pace​ in the competition to design a new memorial on Boston Common which will honor both Martin Luther King, Jr. and Coretta Scott King, and the time they spent in Boston.

Led by Mayor Martin J. Walsh and the non-profit group ​MLK Boston​, the competition invited proposals from 126 different artists, and has now been narrowed down to five.
