Pace Gallery is seeking an outgoing and personable candidate to join our Gallery Assistant team with a focus on visitor and client interaction and sale assistance. In this role, you will be responsible for answering all calls, greeting our visitors, emails and in-person inquiries, and directing messages to the appropriate staff members, as well as providing general administrative support. You will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy engaging with the public.

 

Please note this position is for immediate hire and comes with a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, with flexibility for events and openings.

 

 

Pace is seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Designer to help define the gallery’s digital presence across multiple channels and uphold Pace’s artists and brand under the direction of the Marketing Manager and Art Director. Based in Chelsea, the Digital Designer will support the Marketing Department in the production of a range content across multiple channels, including, but not limited to, digital advertising, social media, e-newsletters, video / motion graphics, and sales materials.

This position is based at our New York offices with a Monday through Friday schedule.

 

Pace Gallery is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Director for our London gallery location to oversee budgets, facilities, construction projects and to enforce technical policies and procedures as required by Pace New York. This individual will establish operational workflows related to the art handling, registrarial, shipping and accounting functions.

 

The Operations Director will also collaborate with our New York, California, Geneva and Asia teams to advance Pace Gallery’s holistic brand and vision globally. 

 

Pace Gallery is seeking an organized Archive Assistant to join our Research & Archives Department. Reporting to the Research & Archives Director, s/he will process, arrange, and describe archival materials. The Archive Assistant will prepare and update finding aides, create and maintain digital archive collections, including application of appropriate metadata. S/he will promote the use of collection through a variety of outreach methods, and will collaborate with all gallery locations and departments to support curatorial and marketing initiatives.

 

Pace Gallery is seeking an outgoing and experienced Curatorial Assistant to support the Pace Gallery’s ambitious global exhibition program. Reporting to the Senior Director and Curator, s/he will be responsible for assisting with a variety of curatorial and administrative tasks including artist and exhibition research; coordinating programs and events; managing contacts and correspondence; assisting with the coordination of catalogs; writing and editing exhibition-related texts; and general administrative support for the Senior Director and Curator. The Curatorial Assistant will maintain current knowledge of the field, including the activities of art galleries, institutions, and related organizations, emerging and established artists, and trending topics in critical cultural discourse.

 

Pace gallery is seeking a bright, passionate, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide executive level support to our New York based Chairman. This position is responsible for managing all administrative related activities and daily operations of his office. Candidates must be able to prioritize and respond quickly, handle tight deadlines, manage their time effectively, and possess strong, independent judgement.

We are looking for an individual who is punctual, reliable, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. This role will focus on providing art handling, installation, and transportation support to our Warehouse Director and Warehouse team.
