Pace gallery is seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic and personable candidate to join our Gallery Assistant team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering all calls, email and in-person inquiries, and directing messages to the appropriate staff members, as well as providing general administrative support. You will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, enjoy handling a wide range of responsibilities and will take pride in your work.

The schedule for this position is Tuesday – Saturday, with flexibility for events and openings. Please note this position is for immediate hire based out of our New York gallery.

 

 

 

Pace Gallery is looking for a creative and versatile Staff Writer to join our Communications & PR team. In this role you will support the efforts of the Editorial Manager and the Communications Department in accordance with the overall vision and objectives of the gallery.

You will write clear and engaging content as well as be responsible for assisting with the development of new materials for a variety of gallery initiatives, including exhibitions, proposals, and inventory texts with a focus on post-war and contemporary art.

 

 

 

Pace Gallery is seeking a personable Gallery Assistant Intern to join our Geneva gallery. Reporting to our Gallery Manager, the Gallery Assistant Intern will welcome visitors to the gallery space, answer and direct incoming telephone calls and ensure the smooth running of the gallery. This position is ideal for candidates with a vast knowledge of and interest in the contemporary art market, who are hardworking, focused, positive and enjoys a collaborative working environment.

This position has a fixed term of September 10, 2018 to November 10, 2018, and a Tuesday – Saturday schedule.

 

 

 

Pace Gallery’s Research & Archives department is looking for a Photo Metadata Intern to assist our photo archives team with creating and editing existing metadata for current and legacy photography collections. Qualified candidates should be personable, accountable, and have an interest in archiving and metadata management in the art world. This is a fantastic opportunity for hands-on experience in archival and art cataloging practices.

This is a paid internship with a flexible Monday through Friday, 10:00AM to 5:00PM, schedule. The internship will ideally continue until the end of semester (mid-August).

 

 

Pace Gallery’s Research & Archives Department is seeking a part-time Cataloging Intern for the 2018 Summer. Interns will become a vital member of our library and art cataloging team by assisting with special projects, including data entry, cataloging library and special collections materials, digitization projects, archival processing and re-housing materials. This is a fantastic opportunity for hands-on experience in archival and art cataloging practices.

This is a paid internship with a minimum requirement of sixteen hours per week with a flexible Monday through Friday, 10:00AM to 5:00PM, schedule.
