Artist Projects Yto Barrada, Tara Donovan and Yoshitomo Nara Included in 2018 Gwangju Biennale Asia Culture Center, GwangjuSeptember 7 – November 11, 2018 Pace Gallery congratulates Yto Barrada, Tara Donovan, and Yoshitomo Nara on their inclusion in the 2018 Gwangju Biennale! Titled "Imagined Borders," the biennale draws its name from the Benedict Anderson book of the same name about nationalism. Unlike previous years, the biennale will be structured into mini-exhibitions organized by a total of eleven curators, and will deal with a variety of themes.The 2018 Gwanju Biennale will take place September 7 through November 11 at South Korea’s Asia Culture Center in Gwangju.
