Hirshhorn New York Gala

The Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, our national museum of modern and contemporary art, has asked twenty artists to nominate another artist who influenced their thinking. All will be honored at this year’s Artist x Artist Gala at Lincoln Center in New York City on Monday, November 4, at 6:30 PM.

Congratulations to Lynda Benglis, Loie Hollowell, and Julian Schnabel on being nominated for this immense honor. The three artists were nominated by Clytie Alexander, Ann Agee, and Jorge Galindo, respectively.
