The event was organized as part of Shechet's exhibition of her new outdoor sculpture Big Sister (2025), on view in the LA gallery's courtyard through June 6. In this talk, Shechet discusses her acclaimed 2024 presentation Girl Group at Storm King Art Center in New York and speaks about her approach to color and form in sculptures of various scales.
