Pace is looking for a talented and driven Sales Assistant to support a Senior Dealer In sales efforts. What You'll Be Doing: Report to and support Dealer In sales activities Conduct artwork research and assist Dealer In liaising with artists within Pace's roster Oversee Dealer's calendar, schedule, and travel coordination Track Invoices and client payments Coordinate client viewings and provide concierge service with high level of attention to detail Manage client communication via phone What You'll Bring: Degree in arts or related fields preferred 1+ years’ experience as a Gallery Assistant or Sales Assistant within the commercial art space Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with project management and CRM software Bilingual Japanese/English We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
