Sales Assistant

In spring 2024, Pace will open its first gallery space in Japan in Tokyo’s new Azabudai Hills development.

Pace is looking for a talented and driven Sales Assistant to support a Senior Dealer In sales efforts.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Report to and support Dealer In sales activities 
  • Conduct artwork research and assist Dealer In liaising with artists within Pace's roster
  • Oversee Dealer's calendar, schedule, and travel coordination 
  • Track Invoices and client payments
  • Coordinate client viewings and provide concierge service with high level of attention to detail 
  • Manage client communication via phone 

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree in arts or related fields preferred
  • 1+ years’ experience as a Gallery Assistant or Sales Assistant within the commercial art space
  • Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel 
  • Experience with project management and CRM software
  • Bilingual Japanese/English
