We are excited to be participating for the first time in Printed Matter’s New York Art Book Fair at MoMA PS1!

At booth I02, Pace celebrates Yto Barrada’s Tree Identification for Beginners, which won a Most Beautiful Swiss Books award for 2018.

Alongside a presentation of Barrada’s mnemonic prints, we will debut the exhibition catalogues for Fred Wilson: Chandeliers and David Hockney: La Grande Cour, Normandy, currently on view as part of the inaugural exhibitions at our new home at 540 West 25th Street.

We will also feature the deluxe limited edition of Mark Rothko: The Exhibitions at Pace by Arne Glimcher, published by Callaway.

Yto Barrada

Yto Barrada's work combines the strategies of the documentary film with the metaphorical approach to imagery in her photographic, installation, and sculptural work. Engaging with the performativity of archival practices and public interventions and often comprised of both original work and found objects, Barrada’s installations reinterpret social relationships, uncover subaltern histories, and reveal the prevalence of fiction in institutionalized narratives.
