Pace Gallery is pleased to present a solo exhibition by international light and space artist James Turrell, marking his first presentation in Seoul in nearly two decades. The exhibition is free of charge and accessible by advance reservation only.

Duration: 60 minutes (including waiting time)
Capacity: Up to 20 visitors per time slot / 30-minute intervals
Admission: Free (advance online reservation required)

To prevent no-shows, each person may reserve up to 2 tickets per day.

Reservations can only be made via Naver Booking. Each person may reserve up to 2 tickets per day.

Reservations cannot be transferred or changed on-site. Cancellations or changes must be made at least one day before the visit via the Naver Booking page.

Entry is organized in 30-minute sessions from 10am to 5pm.

The exhibition can be viewed until 6pm.

Each session is capped at 60 minutes.

Please note that the 3rd floor is limited to 10 visitors per session, with a maximum 10 minutes. Be sure to check the timetable in advance.

Advance reservation is required for all visitors.

For group visits of 10 or more people, a separate reservation procedure is necessary. Please complete your reservation via email at least 2 weeks prior to your intended visit. Due to safety considerations, the maximum number of people per session is 20. For groups exceeding this number, please divide into separate time slots.

Please observe all reservation guidelines to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all visitors. If you are unable to attend, kindly cancel your reservation to allow others the opportunity to visit.

Entry begins at the front entrance on the ground floor, where your reservation will be verified.

Entry is only allowed during your reserved session. Tickets are automatically marked as used after the session ends.

Food, large bags, and bulky items are restricted; Pace is not responsible for lost valuables.

On-site parking is not available. Please use nearby public parking facilities or public transportation.

Guide dogs are permitted, but pets and other mobility devices are restricted (exceptions include strollers and wheelchairs for children under 24 months or those with specific needs).

Children under 8 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.

If you require special assistance (e.g., for group visits, seniors 65+, pregnant individuals, or persons with disabilities), please contact us in advance.

Entry into the installation is at your own risk.

The installation is designed to create a darkened, immersive environment, which may affect discomfort on spatial awareness and perception. Please move carefully through the space.

Do not cross or move beyond the lighting zone.

Do not touch the walls, or sit or lie down on the floor.

Children must be supervised by a guardian at all times.

  5. Once your QR code appears, your reservation is confirmed.
  6. Please present the QR code at the entrance upon arrival.
