Richard Learoyd: In the Studio

Richard Learoyd: In the Studio will open on Friday, February 10 at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art. The exhibition looks at the various subjects which Richard Learoyd photographs in his studio, including portraits, figure studies, and still lifes, and how his use of camera obscura influences the overall impression of his large-scales works.

The exhibition will be on view from February 10 through June 11, 2017 at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City, Missouri. Richard Learoyd will be giving an artist talk on Friday, February 17 at 6 pm. For more information, visit the Nelson-Atkin's  (opens in a new window) website.
