On 12 February, Pace London opened Brian Clarke's new exhibition Spitfires and Primroses, at 6-10 Lexington Street.
The exhibition will remain on view until 21 March 2015.
On Tuesday 1 November, Pace London opens Night Orchids, an exhibition of new works by Brian Clarke. The exhibition coincides with the release of a new monograph of Clarke’s work published by HENI Publishing. The catalogue features more than 200 works by the artist and a substantial conversation between Clarke and renowned American curator and critic Robert Storr. It will remain on view until 18 November.
On Thursday 17 March, Pace London opened Yellow, Wang Guangle’s first solo exhibition in Europe. Wang’s vivid yellow “Untitled” and vibrant “Coffin” paintings both serve to record the abstract concept of time through the application of paint, with layers added over a period of several weeks.
