The People & Culture Assistant supports the efficient functioning of the People & Culture team using a broad range of excellent administrative and communication skills. The People & Culture (P&C) Assistant will be able to multitask, produce accurate work, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 


Human Resources

What you'll be doing:
  • Assist with a wide variety of internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain employees' records in files and in ADP.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by maintaining recruitment and onboarding trackers, posting job descriptions online, performing reference checks, drafting offer letters, and sending onboarding details to candidates.
  • Monitor the career’s inbox and other general team inboxes, responding to or routing emails as appropriate.
  • Schedule interviews and other meetings on behalf of P&C team members and hiring managers.
  • Distribute relevant materials to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist with performance management process.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist with payroll by maintaining accurate records and coordinating with payroll.
  • Serve as a point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas for CPO and team meetings and events.
  • Support other assigned functions.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree OR 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and aptitude for learning other software and online systems.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • This role will be required to work both on-site in our offices as well as work effectively remotely.  While the exact schedule will evolve with business, team and individual needs, candidates should expect to work 4 days a week on-site for the first 90-days.
