Corporate Development Analyst

Pace Gallery is a leading international art gallery representing some of the most influential contemporary artists and estates from the past century. Since its founding by Arne Glimcher in 1960, Pace has developed a distinguished legacy as an artist-first gallery that mounts seminal historical and contemporary exhibitions. Today, Pace has ten locations worldwide including London, Geneva, a strong foothold in Los Angeles and two galleries in New York. Additionally, Pace was one of the first international galleries to establish outposts in Asia where it operates permanent spaces in Hong Kong and Seoul.

The Corporate Development Analyst will report directly to the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Financial modeling: Creating and managing complex financial models across all corporate development projects
  • Data analysis: Collecting data, designing, and executing analyses, and creating reports and presentations to share insights with leadership
  • Investor/growth support: Creating materials to support conversations with investors and other potential partners
  • Project management: Driving next steps and team communications to complete projects on agreed upon timelines

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1+ year(s) of investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity experience
  • Expert level mastery of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with other data analysis and project management tools a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and in-person
  • Track record of leading projects and driving communications across diverse teams, including senior leadership
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple, complex workstreams simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree

Compensation estimation for this role is $100,000 -$115,000.
