Pace was one of the first international galleries to establish outposts in Asia where it operates permanent spaces in Hong Kong and Seoul.The Associate Director to the COO will work to facilitate communication and manage projects throughout the organization. You’ll assist with coordination, communication, managing workflows and prioritizing of key initiatives geared toward building culture, impacting the gallery’s business, and overall company growth. You will also assist in project management activities across the organization, relaying directives and ensuring progress and accountability at all levels. This is a key position within the office of the COO; therefore, a high level of confidentiality is required.
