Adam Pendleton: shot him in the face will open Thursday, February 23 at the Kunst-Werke Institute for Contemporary Art. Pendleton is one of three artists chosen to present a solo exhibition in conversation with the exhibition of works by Ian Wilson, an artist whose work aims to present distilled, non-referential objects. Pendleton's installation positions a large, billboard-sized wall to cut through the gallery space diagonally, and includes varying arrangements of Pendleton's extensive archival material to complement his text-based work.
shot him in the face will be on view at the Kunst-Werke Institute for Contemporary Art in Berlin through May 14, 2017. For more information, visit the Kunst-Werke Institute's website.
