Pace Gallery is seeking a Photography Studio Manager for immediate hire to oversee and manage photo studio traffic, coordinate photo shoots and oversee quality control. A key part the role involves communicating and coordinating with dealer offices; gallery artists and their studios; and gallery departments including Marketing and Graphics. The Photography Studio Manager will also recommend and implement best practices for workflow, process, and technology regarding photography and related digital asset management.

 

 

 

Pace Gallery is seeking an outgoing, personable and organized Studio Manager for Yto Barrada, our contemporary artist, to provide general administrative support, facilitate communication, manage the artist’s/studio’s calendar, and maintain organizational inventory systems. The Studio Manager will serve as the main point of contact for the studio and will be responsible for handling all internal and external communication (email, phone, etc.). The Studio Manager will also oversee and assist with planning for an upcoming exhibition. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of contemporary art, proven experience providing administrative support in a studio setting, in addition to strong art handling and packing experience.

This is a temporary, part-time position with a maximum of 3 days per week at the studio's Brooklyn, NY location, and runs from January through mid-April.  

 

Pace Gallery has a unique opportunity for a versatile and passionate Public Relations Associate to join our Communications & Public Relations team. As a member of Pace’s dynamic and creative PR and Marketing team, the Public Relations Associate is responsible for supporting the Public Relations Manager in the development and execution of the gallery’s global communications campaign. While the PR Associate will focus largely on material development and media engagement aimed to raise awareness for Pace’s program and artists’ activity in the U.S., this person will also collaborate with our Europe and Asia teams as well as our external PR agency to advance Pace Gallery’s holistic brand and vision globally.  

 

 

Pace Gallery is seeking an experienced and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee art storage for our New York gallery and its related locations. The Inventory Manager will focus on ensuring that artwork is located at the proper Pace facility and will be responsible for moving and allocating inventory between locations as needed while keeping with efficient and effective strategies and budgets.

This role will work closely with our Registrar and Operations departments to provide information for budgeting, security and insurance purposes, and will inform staff of any necessary preservation needs.

 

 

Pace Gallery is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Exhibitions and Art Fair Coordinator to join our Installations Department. Reporting to our Installations Director, you will be responsible for providing logistical and administrative support for all gallery exhibitions and art fairs.

You are a candidate who possess excellent organizational abilities and a proven track record in project coordination and time management. You have a team-oriented perspective and are thorough, hardworking, and take pride in your work, where no task is too big, or too small.
